Technology sucks


 So today I started editing and it was not that bad. The software was a little difficult, but I was getting the hang of it. I don't have all the clips but I’m still working on editing the audio. The problem with the audio is I’m trying to clip in a dance break but  and the first part if the chorus but it sounds really choppy. I tried adding a little transition noise and it sounded better but not good enough. It’s frustrating because I don’t want to remove the dance break but if feels like I have too. It would be simpler to just remove it, but that would get rid of the creativity. It would be less work to choreograph and teach an entire dance break but nonetheless, it would still look nice. I tried fading out the audio, the fading it back in but that didn’t work either. I asked David to try it and his came out way better. Do you think he is trying to upstage me. It seems like he has been having a lot more fun these days. But he told me what he did, and how he worked the software and it was pretty cool how he came up with an idea like that. I didn’t get a chance to do any filming today, and he was practically begging me to film but its ok. I have a little time left so I am not stressing. Hopefully I pull in our weight with this editing. Im telling you technology sucks. If only things were like Hogwarts. Moving pictures and magic wands. But goodnight guys! Hopefully tomorrow is better.

 I really got to work on my blogging. It is very dumb how I keep slacking off from trying to get these blogs done. I also remembered that you’re not supposed to use the word “we” while blogging and that made me so mad. I used the word “we” so many times. First filming day blog

 Today I started my filming for my water bottle commercial. I feel really confident in my project and I do think that it's going to do well. The person I was filming with was very cooperative and shared a lot of the same creative differences. I am working alone but I did need someone to film, so I asked my closest friend who happens to run track. The sun was hot but my clips were nice. I used some props from the shed out on the field so that I can have a nice video. My main prop was a water bottle but I had the blocks, and some spikes. I also had a sports bag to carry the spikes in and they were really nice. I couldn't  be happier with my project and I hope it turns out nicely and that I can edit this to the best of my ability. I was lucky to run into coach Martin to let me get into the shed and use the blocks because if he didn't, I would've been pissed. Thankfully we got into the shed though. The Motion of The Film

The process of the short film titled "A happy ending" or filming any film would need things like a location, props, actors, health and safety, costumes, a schedule and of course a backup plan. Schedule- As for schedule, we are still working on it. we wanted to finalize all filming and wrap up editing by the end of spring break so that when come time to turn in the short film, we are more than prepared. Location-For Location, we were thinking of filming in thee standard places. A supermarket(Publix), Nyla's house, a parking lot at Nyla's house, an a park with pretty lights. There will probably be other places like down the street but those will all be scenes leading up to arriving at those specific Locations.
