The “Blueprint”


 Props

There isn’t a specific prop because of music video isn’t centered around a certain prop. As a result our actors will have their naturalized items like certain clothing, phones, etc. We decided to do this because we wanted the music video to look as natural as possible.

Costumes

In the music video our actors will just be wearing natural clothing.They will not be participating in anything eccentric necessarily but they will be able to add a little flavor to what they are doing. The thing about this is that this isn’t necessarily finalized, so this situation may change.

Schedule

On 11/12-16/21, my group came up with an idea for a music video and researched it. Also came up with the plan for the commercial and further back up plans

On 11/19/21, my group will complete the storyboard

Over the thanksgiving break we’d begin to film, my group will begin to film. If that doesn’t work out then through 11/29-12/10

Then my group will finish filming begin and finalize editing.

Location List

Our locations for our shots will be at several different places and we have decided them at being at a park the beach and inside of a mall. 


If it turns out all of those venues are completely to unuseful then I have decided that we will have the shooting take place at my house just because of the matter of the fact that it’s easier to go to and that it’s also a very convenient place due to the setting.

Backup Plan

If this plan ends up not working out then our next plan would be to zuse the same song but instead do different shootings and change the story line a bit. Also if it comes to a situation where the actors will not be able to participate than David and I will participate ourselves.

 I really got to work on my blogging. It is very dumb how I keep slacking off from trying to get these blogs done. I also remembered that you’re not supposed to use the word “we” while blogging and that made me so mad. I used the word “we” so many times. I fail to keep you guys updated on this journey, that would be bad. I would cry myself to sleep. But yeah, filming has been pretty delayed and I’ve been trying to get some things together. I mean I already messed up on the filming process the first time and the second time and right now David and I are on the third time and just trying to get it done. First filming day blog

 Today I started my filming for my water bottle commercial. I feel really confident in my project and I do think that it's going to do well. The person I was filming with was very cooperative and shared a lot of the same creative differences. I am working alone but I did need someone to film, so I asked my closest friend who happens to run track. The sun was hot but my clips were nice. I used some props from the shed out on the field so that I can have a nice video. My main prop was a water bottle but I had the blocks, and some spikes. I also had a sports bag to carry the spikes in and they were really nice. I couldn't  be happier with my project and I hope it turns out nicely and that I can edit this to the best of my ability. I was lucky to run into coach Martin to let me get into the shed and use the blocks because if he didn't, I would've been pissed. Thankfully we got into the shed though. The Motion of The Film

The process of the short film titled "A happy ending" or filming any film would need things like a location, props, actors, health and safety, costumes, a schedule and of course a backup plan. Schedule- As for schedule, we are still working on it. we wanted to finalize all filming and wrap up editing by the end of spring break so that when come time to turn in the short film, we are more than prepared. Location-For Location, we were thinking of filming in thee standard places. A supermarket(Publix), Nyla's house, a parking lot at Nyla's house, an a park with pretty lights. There will probably be other places like down the street but those will all be scenes leading up to arriving at those specific Locations.
