Another success

 David and I did it. I am so proud of being able to tackle editing. It was so hard but at the end of the day I got it done. I juggled in between different software’s but finally found the right one. Today was getting all the final clips and putting them together, finish editing the sound and music video done. I will most definitely be working with David again, if I can because it was amazing. He helped me with blogging, reminded me we needed to film. He didn’t give me troubles and I’m forever grateful for my partner. There isn't much I did today. The filming is finished and the editing went well. David and I are ready to show our music video and get a good grade. 

I think the most exciting thing that happened was my phone dying and me thinking I was going to lose my clips. I charged my phone and it was all still there. Im not going to lie, I did cry but it was all good. I will admit I called David and stressed, I was honestly just stressing but I am so glad he was there. I honestly don’t have much to reflect on but today was good. After school on the bus I edited, and edited till I couldn’t. I would hire me to be an editor. Also It seems like I’m downplaying Davids work, he actually did a lot. We did equal the work. I am just so happy. But thats all, goodnight!

 I really got to work on my blogging. It is very dumb how I keep slacking off from trying to get these blogs done. I also remembered that you’re not supposed to use the word “we” while blogging and that made me so mad. I used the word “we” so many times. I fail to keep you guys updated on this journey, that would be bad. I would cry myself to sleep. But yeah, filming has been pretty delayed and I’ve been trying to get some things together. I mean I already messed up on the filming process the first time and the second time and right now David and I are on the third time and just trying to get it done. First filming day blog

 Today I started my filming for my water bottle commercial. I feel really confident in my project and I do think that it's going to do well. The person I was filming with was very cooperative and shared a lot of the same creative differences. I am working alone but I did need someone to film, so I asked my closest friend who happens to run track. The sun was hot but my clips were nice. I used some props from the shed out on the field so that I can have a nice video. My main prop was a water bottle but I had the blocks, and some spikes. I also had a sports bag to carry the spikes in and they were really nice. I couldn't  be happier with my project and I hope it turns out nicely and that I can edit this to the best of my ability. I was lucky to run into coach Martin to let me get into the shed and use the blocks because if he didn't, I would've been pissed. Thankfully we got into the shed though. The Motion of The Film

The process of the short film titled "A happy ending" or filming any film would need things like a location, props, actors, health and safety, costumes, a schedule and of course a backup plan. Schedule- As for schedule, we are still working on it. we wanted to finalize all filming and wrap up editing by the end of spring break so that when come time to turn in the short film, we are more than prepared. Location-For Location, we were thinking of filming in thee standard places. A supermarket(Publix), Nyla's house, a parking lot at Nyla's house, an a park with pretty lights. There will probably be other places like down the street but those will all be scenes leading up to arriving at those specific Locations. We plan on utilizing each location at different times of the day seeing as we want o use the lighting to help represent the characters emotion Participants- As of right now, our participants consist of Nyla, David, Nyla's mom, and Rashell.
